Ever wonder why we wear wedding rings on the left ring finger?
For the most part, it is common knowledge that your left ring finger is for your engagement and wedding bands but why and where did it come from? According to brides.com, the tradition can be traced back to ancient Roman and Greek times in which they believed that the vein on that special finger led straight to your heart. Some Europeans actually wear their rings on the right hand. We all do it differently but does it really matter when you are expressing your love? Do you wear your rings on the left or right, or do you even wear rings at all? Let us know in the comments what symbol you have chosen to express your commitment!
